The IberCup Soccer Convention brings together youth football coaches, academy directors, referees, and industry professionals from around the world for a high-level coaching education event.
The convention is focused on the development of young players through the exchange of knowledge, practical methodologies, and professional experience. It provides a platform for coaches and soccer organizations from different countries and backgrounds to share best practices and discuss key topics related to youth football development.
With more than 1,000 attendees, 30 speakers, and 4 expert panels, the convention offers four days of structured learning and professional engagement.
Participants take part in on-field training demonstrations, classroom sessions, and keynote presentations led by experienced youth coaches, former professional players, academy leaders, and senior club directors. The event is designed to support professional development and contribute to the long-term growth of youth football.
